EduPath is engineered under a strict zero-knowledge data minimization architecture. Student simulations, career projections, and budgeting models are computed in an isolated container environment. We do not harvest, track, or profile student browsing habits or personal family finances.
Under no circumstances does LaunchMyPath, LLC sell, lease, rent, monetize, or trade student Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or commercial advertising networks.
We comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Account activations are brokered solely through single-use school license keys or direct district authorization without requiring student personal telemetry.
Districts retain 100% ownership and authority over student records. Upon cohort graduation or district request, administrators retain the ability to trigger a certified permanent purge of all student records and simulations in compliance with state data retention standards.
